Rhythmic Connections (RC) is a community and friendship group that nurtures and empowers teens of all abilities, including neurodiverse and special needs individuals, to grow with courage, creativity and connection.
DrumGroove
A high-energy drum aerobics experience that blends rhythm, movement, and social-emotional learning to build confidence within and strengthen our perceptual motor skills.
