Rhythmic Connections (RC) is a 7 week group journey to help neurodivergent tweens and teens nurture their mental, social and creative well-being. Through yoga, mindfulness, music thera-play, creative arts and social excursions, teens explore creative expression and their shared group interests whilst nurturing safe peer connections.

Term 4, 2026

(6 sessions including 2 excursions - No class on 8th Nov).

Term 1, 2027:
